Privacy policy
Draft notice for the pilot. The final text must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel in Bangladesh before launch (SRS §8, DEC-08).
This policy covers ChamberlyPro accounts for doctors and chamber staff. Each practice website also has its own privacy notice for patients.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email and password (stored hashed); your BMDC number, specialty, degrees and registration certificate; your practice details, chambers and website content; and payment records for your invoices. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
Patient records
Clinical records belong to the practice that created them. They are kept in private storage, are visible only to that practice and the patient, and are never shared with other practices on the platform. Platform staff do not read clinical records in normal operation; access for support or verification is logged.
Messages
We send SMS only for verification codes, booking confirmations and account notices such as your verification result or security alerts. Messages never include a diagnosis, medicines or other clinical details.
Storage and backups
Data is stored on secured servers and in private, encrypted backups. Nothing is deleted automatically.
