Terms of service

Draft terms for the pilot. The final text must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel in Bangladesh before launch (SRS §8, DEC-08).

These terms apply to doctors and chamber staff who use ChamberlyPro to run a practice website, take bookings and write prescriptions.

Your account

You must be a registered medical practitioner with a valid BMDC registration. Your practice goes live only after we have checked the registration certificate you upload. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you invite.

Fees

Activation is ৳999 once, then ৳299 per month or ৳3,588 per year, at the prices shown when your invoice is issued. Your plan includes 100 SMS each calendar month; SMS sent beyond that are invoiced at ৳0.36 each. Premium website designs are a one-time purchase. We never charge you automatically: renewals are invoiced and you pay them yourself. If a renewal is not paid, you keep full access for 7 days; after that online booking and premium designs pause until payment.

Clinical responsibility

You remain fully responsible for diagnosis, treatment and the content of every prescription. Finalized prescriptions cannot be changed; corrections are issued as a new version with a reason. The "digitally finalized" mark and QR verification confirm that a prescription came from your account; they are not a legal electronic signature.

Patient data

Patient records you create belong to your practice and are handled as described in our Privacy policy. Records are never deleted automatically, and patients keep access to their prescriptions even if your subscription lapses.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited messages, or to access another practice's data. We may suspend a practice that breaks these terms or whose registration cannot be verified.

Changes

We will tell you in your panel before these terms change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
